Most of our products are digital products so there is actually no physical shipping involved. Once your order has been received we will process your order and deliver your product through a download link, email attachment, or if you are hosting your product with us we will install it for free. If you ordered installation with your product order we will contact you to get the required information to install your product on your server.
Privacy & Security
Our number one concern is your privacy and security. We do not share nor sell any and all information that you provide to use. Our site does use cookies to allow us to deliver a more user friendly site and product to you. Throughout our site you will have the option to leave reviews or ratings for each individual product. All content will be monitored for spam and relevancy. Once a review or rating is submitted it becomes the intellectual property of ZYBR.com and we reserve the right to use or modify any and all of the content submitted, this can include complete removal of such content.

When checking out you will have the choice to use either Papal.com or Goggle Checkout which uses Secure Socket Layers or SAL, so rest assured that your orders will be processed as secure as possible.
Returns & Replacements
Since most of our content involves customizing of images or digital content we do not accept returns once the final project has been accepted by both parties, us, the creator of the content and you, the purchaser of the content. We understand that slight modifications will occur throughout the design cycle and we will work with you to make sure you get a quality product from us.
Ordering
While browsing through our site you will have the option to add our products either to your personal cart or your wish list. You will need to create an account in order to save products to your wish list but you can add items to your cart and checkout as a guest. Once you are ready to checkout you will be redirected to either Paypal.com or Goggle Checkout to enter your credit card information which uses Secure Socket Layers or SAL, so rest assured that your orders will be processed as secure as possible.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept most major credit cards, checks, and gift certificates through either Paypal.com or Goggle Checkout. All prices are visible throughout the site unless clearly stated, which can include our custom work. Custom work varies with every project so we are unable to put a price on custom work. Throughout our site you may notice that we have certain promotion applied to products. While viewing the information for the product the promotions will be clearly visible in the description. These promotions will normally be a percentage off or discounts for multiple or bundled purchases.
Viewing Orders
You can view the status of your recent orders and check your order history by LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. Also once an order has been placed you will receive multiple emails from us to include order status and invoices. If you are having any problems viewing any of your orders us the CONTACT US FORM and we will assist you.
Updating Account Information

To update any of your account information to include: Account Information, Address Book, My Orders, My Product Reviews, My Tags, Newsletter Subscriptions, My Wish list, My Downloadable Products, Check Your Gift Card Balance LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT HERE. You may also click on "My Account" or "Log In" at the top of every page.
